Inside you will be able to view any open quote received from a supplier, RFQ’s awaiting quotes and correspondence concerning your requirements.
This feature will store all quotes for future reference and purchase order preparation.

OEM members that do not have Internet access may fax in their daily RFQs and postings.
Supplyview will enter them into the online quote system and the member will receive a fax back when requirements match a supplier's inventory.

| Non-Internet User Service |
All members that do not have Internet access will also have the ability to benefit from our site. OEMs can fax in their RFQs and postings. SupplyView will upload the postings and forward any quote and correspondence back to the OEM client. The OEM will in turn contact the supplier directly to place purchase orders.
Distributor members that do not have Internet access can mail us their inventory on disk and SupplyView will upload the inventory into the database. Any matching RFQ will be forwarded to the supplier for Quotation.
These distributors will be contacted by phone and fax directly from potential buyers. Please see Membership Fees and Options for this service. This service is currently FREE!
| OEM Identity Option and Privacy Protection |
This feature allows OEMs to post RFQ’s using a SupplyView.com OEM ID number. All posted RFQ’s using these numbers are from confirmed OEM customers only. A response to these RFQ’s will be immediately forwarded to the OEM buyer.
We elected to make this option available to prevent unwanted solicitations and protect the privacy of the OEM. The supplier will be contacted directly at the time that the purchase order is to be placed.
SupplyView.com will help increase sales for participating distributors and help reduce costs associated with the procurement process. OEM members will not be listed in a general information access area. Postings of RFQs will only contain contact information of an OEM that elects to have distributors contact it directly.
| Honor Policy |
A member is required to appropriately label and update its inventory postings. A distributor is required to label its inventory as "In Stock" or "Available". Members may upload separate inventory files with separate classifications. "In Stock" will indicate product that is in the members physical stock and can ship same day. "Available" inventory will indicate product that is NOT in the members physical stock and must be obtained from another source. When inventory is sold, SupplyView.com will make the proper deletion "real-time" upon notification from the stocking distributor. This will maintain accurate inventory representations. Both sources of inventory are vital to the supply chain and require frequent updates. SupplyView will log all instances of abuses and complaints. Members that abuse the Honor Policy may lose "In Stock" privileges and may be subject to removal from SupplyView.
| Online Source Directory |
A directory that lists all Franchised distributors for each manufacturer posted. Franchised distributors are permitted to list all franchised lines. Independent distributors will be permitted to list manufacturers that they can assist in supplying. Independents are permitted up to fifteen postings. All companies will be able to list all sales offices to accommodate buyers from all geographical locations.
